The Jingzhen Octagonal Pagoda is one of the important cultural relics in Xishuangbanna. It is located Jingzhen village, Menghai County, and is 14 kilometers away from the county. People call it Jingzhen Octagonal Pagoda because it is located in Jingzhen village. The top of the Pagoda is octagonal shape, and built with glazed tile, ten guide facades gradually contract to a cone shaped top, a 4-meter long iron rod is arranged on the cover, and a triangle-shaped banner is hung on the top end of the iron rod. Hanging around the pavilion canopies numerous Tong-ling, when referring to Qingfengdian, Dingdang remains silent, beautiful crisp. The appearance of the Jingzhen Octagonal Pagoda is exquisite and magnificent, the decoration is fine, the appearance is attractive, the workmanship is exquisite and unique, and it has valuable historical and artistic value, is a fine art craft among the Hinayana buildings, and it is also the mark of the building level in the ancient Xishuangbanna, it is listed as state-level key heritage conservation unit in 1988.
